This notice explains what the public DQ File Desk website collects and how that information is used.
Information we collect
When you apply for a pilot, we collect the business and contact information you enter, including company name, location, contact name and role, business email, business phone, fleet size, operation type, your description of the administrative problem, preferred contact method, referral source, and consent.
We also collect basic attribution and site-usage information, such as page path, referral category, campaign parameters, application progress events, and submission time. We do not intentionally send names, emails, phone numbers, or free-text application answers to analytics.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your application, assess whether the pilot fits, operate the pilot intake process, prevent abuse, understand which outreach works, and improve the website.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website and database, analyze site usage, communicate with applicants, and—after qualification and a separate agreement—send invoices. Those providers process information for these business purposes under their own applicable terms.
Retention and deletion
We retain application information for a reasonable period based on the status of the inquiry, our operational needs, and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion by emailing summitcommercebiz@gmail.com. We will review and act on reasonable requests, subject to records we need to retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Security limitations
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this intake process, but no website, database, or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure. The public form is not an approved channel for driver records, credentials, payment-card data, medical information, MVRs, or other sensitive personal information.
No sale of personal information
DQ File Desk does not sell personal information submitted through this site.
