Applications and acceptance
Submitting an application does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, reserve capacity, or obligate either party. Pricing and scope are confirmed in a separate written pilot agreement and invoice.
Carrier responsibility
The carrier remains responsible for determining which requirements apply, providing complete and accurate records, maintaining regulatory compliance, and making every driver-qualification decision. DQ File Desk does not act as the carrier’s safety director, audit representative, or final decision-maker and does not guarantee any audit outcome or regulatory compliance.
Sensitive information
Do not submit driver records, driver names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, license numbers or images, medical information, MVRs, consumer reports, login credentials, payment-card information, or other sensitive personal information through the public site or ordinary email.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person or business, or use automated methods to overwhelm the application process.
Intellectual property
The DQ File Desk name, site copy, visual design, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the site owner. You may use the site for evaluating the service, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its materials without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner disclaims implied warranties and limits liability arising from use of the public website.
